This Privacy Policy explains how Universal Beijing Resort (as defined under Terms of Service, hereinafter referred to as “UBR” or “we”, “us”, “our”), collect, use, and share information from or about you when you use this website (as defined under Terms of Service, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and other services that link to this policy (“UBR Services”).
When you use UBR Services, please read carefully and fully comprehend this Policy, and only use UBR Services upon fully acknowledgement and acceptance of this Policy. Your start using UBR Services means you have fully acknowledged and accepted this Policy.

Information You Provide to Us
• Contact and registration information: such as your name (Legal Full Name as shown on passport), contact number, email address.
• Information in relation to your job application: such as gender, date of birth, height (in cm/foot and inches), language (fluency in Mandarin and/or Japanese), residing location, have you worked for any Universal Parks and Resorts before (If yes, provide detail), preference of resort as working location, agent name, agency contact, and CV.
• Information that contains your face features: We may also collect the information that contains your face features during your job application process, such as headshot, full-length shot and showreel.
Purpose: We collect such information for the purpose of understanding your physical traits and temperament, which is an important consideration for recruiting performers and will give us a first impression of the performer positions you may fit which are available in the audition process.
Scope: We will not share such information with any company, organization or individual, except where it is necessary for business purposes under the following circumstances: 1) sharing your photo to a service provider who’s engaged by us in the audition process as an audition producer, to understand if the audition producer knows you or has any cooperation with you before; 2) other sharing as set forth below in the “HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION” Section as necessary.
Retention Period: Three (3) years.
• Other information you provide: any other information that you provide to us including via application, e-mail or otherwise.
Information We Collect Automatically
• Device Information: including your IP address, browser types, browser language, operating system, platform type, gaming platform, device types, and device IDs such as unique identifiers, advertising identifiers, or gaming platform identifiers.
• Usage Information: including files you download, domain names, landing pages, your browsing activity, what you click, scrolling and keystroke activity, pages viewed, advertising viewed or visited, forms or fields you complete or partially complete, search terms, whether you open an email and your interaction with the content, access times, and error logs, and other similar information.
• Viewing Behavior: including the content you view, how long you watch each video, the quality of the service you receive (e.g. buffering, load times) as well as advertisements you have been shown or interacted with.
• Offline Information. Certain information may also be stored while you are offline and transmitted to us when you next connect to the Internet, regardless of where you connect from or the device you use to connect.
Information from Third Party Sources
We may receive information about you from third parties, partners or our service providers such as:
• Public Information: from publicly and commercially available online or offline sources, as permitted by law including demographic information, purchasing data, membership in loyalty programs or information about advertisements you have seen or acted upon, including your interaction with advertisers’ products and services.
• Social Media Information: if you visit the UBR Services through you social networks or if you interact with us through a social media service or other platform, you hereby authorize us to access to some information you provide to that social network or platform such as your name, email address, friend list, photo, age, gender, location, birthday, social networking ID, current city, and the people/sites you follow.

• sending you service-related communications, including announcements and administrative messages;
• displaying certain content, such as content you upload and make available;
• understanding how you use the UBR services so we can improve them.
Prevent fraud and defend our legal rights
• protecting the safety of our users and others;
• related to national security or national defense force;
• enforcing our Terms of Service;
• preventing fraud or any other potentially illegal activities.

• We may aggregate or de-identify your information, to the extent we are able to do such such that you cannot be re-identified, and may use, share, rent or sell such aggregated or de-identified and not re-identifiable information for any purpose and such information is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

• Related Companies: UBR Parties (as defined under Terms of Service), Comcast Corporation and its affiliate, Comcast Cable, to help better tailor services, products, marketing, and advertising to you.
• Service providers that perform certain business-related functions on our behalf: including research and analytics, website hosting/maintaining/operating, casting management, transaction fulfillment, processing database maintenance, fraud prevention, technology services and platforms, identity management and acquisition and conversion services.
• De-identified Information. We may share information about your de-identified and not re-identifiable information, with third parties so they may better personalize your experience with them and the offers they send you.
• Other Users and Search Engines: depending on the UBR Service, you may provide certain information including your name, photo, and other information to create an account (“Account Profile”). Some information in your Account Profile may be available publicly to other members of that service, or the general public, and may be searchable by search engines. When we display your user submissions, they will be identified by information in your Account Profile. We hereby are entitled to distribute user submissions which you have chosen to publish or de-identified and not re-identifiable information after processing to third parties.
• Law Enforcement Agencies, Regulators, or Other Government Entities, Anti-fraud Coalitions and other groups to:
ο protect our legal rights, privacy or safety, and that of UBR Parties, our employees, agents, contractors, or other individuals;
ο protect the safety and security of visitors to the UBR Services or other properties;
ο protect against fraud or other illegal activity or for risk management purposes;
ο respond to inquiries or requests from government, regulatory, law enforcement, or public authorities;
ο permit us to pursue available remedies, commence, participate in, or defend litigation, or limit the damages that we may sustain;
ο comply with the law including any legal process; or
ο enforce applicable Terms of Service.
With regard to any companies, organizations or individuals with which we may share personal information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreement with them, under which we will require them to follow our declaration, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures in handling personal information.
Sale or Transfer of all or Part of our Business or Assets
In the event that UBR or any UBR Parties is involved in a merger, acquisition, transfer of control, bankruptcy, reorganization or sale of assets, or diligence associated with such matters, we may sell or transfer the information described in this Privacy Policy as part of that transaction. We will require the new company or organization which hold your personal information continue to abide by this Privacy Policy or other security standard which is in line with applicable laws and regulations and no lower than this Privacy Policy in protection of your personal information; otherwise we will require such company or organization to re-obtain your consent from you.
